Inside Parenting

Imagine experiencing personal freedom and fostering deeper connections with yourself and your family through the transformative power of radical self-acceptance. By reparenting yourself, attuning to your inner child, and breaking generational cycles, you can create meaningful change in how you parent and educate.

This journey is about stepping into your power with compassion, taking responsibility for your emotional state without blame, guilt, or criticism. It’s about learning to self-regulate and co-regulate with your children, showing up for yourself with love and acceptance, and modeling that same presence for your child.

Through this work, relational challenges shift from being obstacles we avoid to opportunities for growth, connection, and secure attachment. Together, we’ll turn struggles into skills, equipping you to nurture stronger, more attuned relationships with your children and, ultimately, yourself.

My reparenting story:

My journey into reparenting began during my 15 years as an early childhood educator. The children I cared for reflected back to me the unhealed wounds I carried, making it clear that I needed to engage in deep, introspective work. I realized that if I didn’t address my personal pain, I risked unintentionally passing it on to the children in my care—in some ways, I already had.

In 2018, I stepped into the unique role of being a stepmother, which further amplified this journey. Just like the children I taught, my stepdaughter became a mirror, revealing parts of myself I struggled to accept. From the beginning, the pain that surfaced felt overwhelming, but I committed to staying present—with myself, my stepdaughter, and my husband—and doing the hard work of healing.

Through this experience, I learned to love and accept myself in every state and by extension that same love and acceptance to my stepdaughter and the children in my care. I was able to show up completely different than in the past~ truly life changing! It wasn’t an easy or straightforward process, and I lacked personalized guidance along the way. This is why I am passionate about supporting others now—to provide the individualized help I wish I had during my own journey of healing and growth.
