“ Nothing needs to be added to you or taken away
from you to make you whole. You are a unique
divine expression.” ~Tillie
Tillie’s work/life experience has been centered around children, yoga and bodywork. She has been working with children extensively for 20 years in different capacities and settings. She has been a nanny, summer camp counselor, preschool teacher/ assistant director. She has taught yoga, social emotional learning to children in camp settings as well as at the BOCES after school program for the last 4 years. She is most passionate about weaving eastern yogic practices into the western sciences of psychology, brain development and generational trauma. She wishes to serve others by sharing and supporting parents in healing their own childhood wounds to free them from passing those patterns to the next generation. She views this work through a strength based lens and aims to walk with parents on their journey to radical self acceptance and personal freedom. Together we can break cycles of generational pain by reparenting ourselves and learning new ways of connecting deeply with our children.
