“ Nothing needs to be added to you or taken away
from you to make you whole. You are a unique
divine expression.” ~Tillie
Tillie brings over 25 years of experience working with children and families in various roles, including nanny, camp counselor, preschool educator, and behavior consultant. For the past four years, she has taught yoga and social-emotional learning in camp settings and after-school programs. She has also presented at early childhood conferences on topics like Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and behavior support and led parent discussions on child development, secure attachment, parenting styles and much more.
Her passion lies in merging Eastern yogic practices with Western science, focusing on psychology, brain development, and generational trauma. Tillie is dedicated in helping parents and educators heal childhood wounds, empowering them to break generational cycles and foster healthier connections with the next generation. Through a strengths-based approach, she supports individuals in achieving self-acceptance and personal freedom, believing that reparenting oneself can create lasting change and alleviate patterns of generational pain.
